As project captain I had to ensure that the potential of employees of TPS group that were assigned at Achmea was fully used. I had to lead and organize lunch meetings and I was the contact person for the TPS employees that were assigned to Achmea. At Achmea mortgagebank I carried out different tasks in the context of mortgage administration.

The ECB imposed new regulations to improve transparency in the securitisation market. As coordinator of the Loan by Loan project I was responsible for the coordination of an administrative project concerning mortgage files. I carried out the following tasks:- Setting up a quality system to ensure the quality of the project;- Conducting weekly reports to the management;- Organizing and leading of weekly meetings- Planning of the project;- Guiding and training of new employees; and- Ensuring that the work instructions are up to date.

At the Rechtswinkel I worked as a legal advisor on voluntary basis. I have carried out the following tasks:- Advising clients that are dealing with legal issues together with other volunteers.- Seeking out which legal procedures can be taken - contacting the counterparty - Referring the client to a lawyer.
