• Analyze the client’s tender documents and develop the proposal delivery matrix. • Obtain and review tender deliverables from the relevant disciplines. • Obtain prices from Estimation/Quotation Group. • Prepare and justify overall cost price estimate. • Liaise with the responsible Business Development Manager on Technical issues. • Obtain client’s clarifications on technical issues. • Report to the Department Head
