• Sole resource responsible for configuration, maintenance and support of the following Workday products: Absence, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Core HCM, Expense, Learning, Onboarding, Payroll, Recruiting, Safety, Talent and Time Tracking• Point person for all Workday security configuration and security group assignments• Create and edit custom reports for all supported Workday products• Testing and implementation lead for Workday product releases• Deliver Workday training and create/update Workday user documentation

• Identify opportunities for leveraging HR system functionality to benefit Bemis Company• Functionally test and configure PeopleSoft system changes including fixes, enhancements and upgrades• Deliver system training to end users• Serve as a key HRIS resource during Workday implementation project on HCM, payroll, reporting and change management work teams

• Member of four person team responsible for all aspects of corporate recruiting process including advertising positions, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, extending offers, facilitating negotiations and communicating new hire information• Enter new hire information in PeopleSoft HRMS• Facilitate campus recruiting program for Bemis Internal Audit department• Conduct exit interview process for voluntary terminations

• Participate in IT Help Desk rotation and associated end-user support tasks• Install and maintain PC hardware and software• Coordinate resolutions and support for all PC, LAN and telecommunications-related problems

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and decision making for both exempt and non-exempt positions• Conduct job analysis, revise/write job descriptions and perform market equity comparisons
