With over 26 years of experience in the construction industry, I have built a career rooted in hard work, starting in 1998 when I began my hands-on career in the field. Over the years, I have sharpened my skills in all aspects of interior systems installation. My journey has included roles as an instructor and labor advocate, followed by a return to the field where I expanded my roles in estimating, project management, and collaborating with field teams to ensure safe work environments and drive productivity through training and awareness.Currently, as Director of Business Development at WCI, my main focus is in key sectors such as Class A tenant fit-outs, retail, hospitals, and airports. As much as I enjoy business development and enhancing operational efficiencies, my passion lies in safety management. Safety has proven to be the most rewarding aspect of my career. This role has allowed me to instill best practices and safety fundamentals. I take great pride in watching our team members grow, gaining experience and knowledge to pass on to the next generation of carpenters. It’s this balance of business growth and a commitment to safety that drives my purpose at WCI and in the construction industry.
