Kevin as is an Employee Benefits Advisor specializing in the design and implementation of Group Health and Wellness Benefit Programs for mid-market companies ranging from 25 to 300 Employees in the Greater Tampa Bay Area and throughout Florida, as well as Individual Health Insurance. He initiated his benefits career during two years at a full service regional agency before joining Benefit Resources in 2013. Kevin is dedicated to assisting his clients through the maze of complexities, constant changes and compliance issues attributable to implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA / HealthCare Reform / Obamacare / HealthCare.gov). Kevin is a former Big 4 CPA and holds an honors degree from Hofstra University. He developed significant financial and accounting expertise as a Manager with KPMG in Tampa and Deloitte in New York. His business development and consulting skills were honed during a 22 year career as an Executive Recruiter. His diverse industry knowledge encompasses real estate and construction, restaurants, travel and hospitality, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, financial services, banking, insurance, transportation and logistics; technology and telecommunications; legal, accounting and professional services; municipalities and community service organizations. He has served as an active member and in leadership capacities in various community organizations such as the March of Dimes, United Way, the Greater Tampa and Clearwater Chambers of Commerce, Westshore Alliance and Westshore Connection, Top of the Bay Optimists and Rotary Clubs, the Countryside High School Drama Boosters, and McMullen Booth Elementary Dynamic Dads. Kevin is the proud husband of Kathleen, Affordability Project Manager with UnitedHealthcare; and the loving father of Jennifer, a Food Marketing Analyst and UCF graduate; and Jeffrey, an Electrical Engineer and UF graduate.
