Through DeltaPlus Ventures (www.dplus.ventures), I invest in / advice early-stage entrepreneurs in Europe, mostly in the deep tech space (incl. AI, biotech, energy/climate tech, industry 4.0) on both business development and fundraising mainly from US and European VCs and family offices.Strongly interested in partnering with ambitious entrepreneurs/CEOs with "founders' mentality" and in learning more about decentralized company cultures (e.g. Constellation Software, Danaher, Amazon, Buurtzorg).From 2013 until Summer 2021 I managed Endurance Value Fund, an investment fund focused on publicly-listed companies globally with a long term, bottom-up approach.In 2018 and 2019 I advised Fondazione Agnelli on SEI Torino Forum in the search and selection of 50 early-stage deep tech founders from across Europe, which subsequently went on to raise >$700m. In 2020 I invested in the seed round of biotech Peptone (and also in its $40m Series A round). In 2023 and 2024 I worked with top-tier VC funds to organize invitation-only gatherings to scout for exceptional founders and build connections with LPs.Prior to setting up DeltaPlus Ventures, I have worked as Principal in the investment team of Exor, listed holding company with >$25bn of assets controlled by the Agnelli family, and as an investment banker at Credit Suisse and Rothschild, focusing mainly on mergers & acquisitions and leveraged buyouts.Since 2023 I am a member of Virtual Advisory Board.
