In my position as Regional Service Manager I am leading teams of Field Service Engineers in London and the South as we continue to expand our managed print and IT services workforce to support the ongoing growth of the Apogee business.Prior to this I was working as a Technical Services Operations Manager at Xerox UK Ltd where I successfully lead an large national team of client-site based technicians, engineers, managers and support staff providing class-leading services to a diverse multi-sector client base. I am passionate about people with a natural ability to lead, inspire and motivate at all levels. Comfortable working in deadline-oriented, highly pressured environments, I pride myself on adopting a common-sense approach to all tasks and situations. With a proven ability in developing and managing client relationships, I also have experience working with ITIL framework, Lean Six Sigma, Influencer, and Prince2 methodologies to maximise productivity and drive business results.
