The drive for collections makes us great! Predominantly in the business of mortgage loan servicing working various types of financial products and services. Knowledge and skill sets would expand into Dialer Administration and Data Handling. This would cumulate into becoming Director of Collections and Vice President of Collections.Dialer Administration demands data handling skills. With the ability to pull real time call center data in tandem with the daily download from the host CRM, I pride myself on being able to run any type of collection campaign at will. Ad-hoc and standardized reporting provide the foundation for a "best in class" contact center. Being audited is something I truly love! Nothing is of higher importance than compliance with the everchanging government regulations such as CFPB, TCPA and FDCPA. I audit my business unit on a dialy basis. Production reporting tools that ensure full complaince while satisfying strategic directions from the investors. Having presented the collections best practices to investors and to rating agencies S&P, Fitch and Moody's, I have come to know the value of effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Nothing is more important than ensuring the direction given to me from the board is the same that is conveyed to the collection teams.
