Kevin has 30 years of experience in the waste industry continually striving for improvement. He has flourished with companies of various sizes, from small start-ups to Waste Management, leading continued improvement in finance, sales and operations. Key partner in developing and implementing the strategy for small growth companies to large Market Areas for Waste Management. Identified various acquisition and divestiture targets and was instrumental in the successful integration of these acquisitions.Most recently as CEO of Raintree Waste LLC, Kevin led a very rapid and successful turnaround. In 4 ½ years, he and his team organically increased revenue from an annual run-rate of $1.5 Million to over $10 Million with over 75% of the revenue consisting of permanent contracted Front Load and Industrial Roll-Off accounts. The company was burning cash at a rate of $40K to $50K per month in 2015 and in 2019 the company had an EBITDA of over 20%. In February 2020, the company reached an agreement with Republic Services to sell it assets. Despite the pandemic, the deal with Republic closed in Q3 2020 at the original sales price. The sale price reflected Raintree’s high percentage of permanent contracted business. The acquisition was a success for Republic, Raintrees’ owners and its employees.
