We provide iSite®, our FedRAMP authorized, AWS cloud-hosted contract management software to enable NASA and other federal agencies to optimize mission support services by moving toward a enterprise model that has the potential to transform the contract management support functional area from its current state to a more efficient delivery model. This digital decoupling can free NASA and other federal agencies from legacy infrastructure and open data for greater usage, sharing, and collaboration. iSite can replace legacy systems at each NASA center and support the phased approach to the Mission Support Future Architecture Program (MAP) implementation.

I founded MSM in 1998 and our passion is the efficient delivery of Program Management back office services. As such we have developed NASA specific, web-based software tools to continuously improve business processes and help re-invent the way NASA small business contractors perform their contracts. Our flagship solution iSite®, is an end-to-end, fully integrated task management accounting solution customized for managing all program resources in an extremely cost-efficient manner. Our solutions have been strong discriminators on major NASA contracts. On the NASA GRC Test Facilities Operations Maintenance and Engineering (TFOME) procurement, our solution was deemed “a significant strength, an innovative approach for improving the processes or techniques to perform the work.” As a result of excellent performance on TFOME, MSM Group was named the NASA GRC Small Business subcontractor of the Year in 2009 and 2015. MSM Columbus Ventures is an unpopulated Joint Venture (JV) under a Small Business Administration (SBA)Mentor-Protégé agreement between MSM Group, a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Columbus Technologies and Services, Inc. (Columbus). Under our JV agreement, MSM Group is fully responsible for day-to-day management of the Professional and Technical Services Weather Domain (ProTech-Weather) contract. Our organization is streamlined to enable responsive communications, to ensure that we meet all technical requirements and that we respond promptly to customer needs. We employ mature processes and tools; an experienced, trained, and empowered management team that has proven effective at NOAA and at managing similar work at NASA; and an integrated group effort to receive the greatest value from both our partner subcontractors and MCV staff. MCV parent firms have managed large scientific, engineering, and program management task order (TO) contracts, including a 331-employee, 300-TO engineering and scientific contract at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory(JPL) and a 280-employee contract at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).
