Since a very young age I have been involved in the health, fitness and athletic field. Being a high level baseball player I developed injuries along the way which lead me to study the human body during college and after over a decade of personal training working with a wide variety of athletes and everyday active humans I was introduced to Jeff Kong, owner of Tri-Covery Massage and Flexibility where I quickly realized this was the place for me. I became the highest level of FST certified therapist, among many other certifications to be able to be apart of one of the most talented team of therapists in the world. In March of 2020 Jeff promoted me to General Manager of Tri-Covery.
