And have also been selected to temporarily manage IT Operation as the previous manager was let go and the IT Director is on a 12 week personal leave.Responsibilities include engineering, installation, maintenance, repair, upgrades, and documentation of the hybrid Meridian, Cisco AVVID, and Aspect voice network. Duties included maintaining and managing the Meridian, Meridian Mail, Callmanager, Symon Reader Boards, Concerto, EWFM, Dictaphone Recorder, Symposium Call Center, Envision Click to Coach, Call Accounting, Blackberry Sever, Blackberry Phones and Users, and Cell Phones. I am working on the deployment of SRST and IPCC Express to the call center at the corporate facility.

Duties included maintaining and managing the ITG VoIP network between the Nortel sites. Participant of the on call rotation for all network monitoring alerts and resolutions. Responsible for the engineering, installation, maintenance, and upgrades for the Exodus voice network internationally which supported approximately 4500 Users and 42 sites. My duties included the design, budget, and implementation of new telecom network Sites and technologies, Engineering and installation of upgrades and services on the Exodus worldwide voice network. Implement new telecom services such as ACD and back up strategy for all telcom systems, perform analysis, traffic studies, and monitor systems for performance enhancements. Trouble shoot system network problems and perform routine maintenance on all Telco equipment. Support services for all Domestic and International Exodus Sites 24x7 to ensure that services are available to support Exodus customer base. Manage and coordinate time and responsibilities of all 11 direct reports. Manage tickets trough Remedy, Siebel, and AHD.

Responsible for programming, maintenance and upgrades on the Meridian PBX and Aspect ACD switches in a multiple site environment supporting approximately 1100 Users. Overseeing the design and installation of the cable infrastructure including wiring closets and risers. Work closely with Vendors for new services and maintenance of existing services such as T1, ISDN, Analog and DSL services, Corporate cellular phones and maintenance contracts. . Manage the day-to-day Telecommunications Operation and personnel. Ensure budgets and service levels meet the targets set for the department. Set daily work schedules for employees and provide training as needed to improve knowledge and customer satisfaction.
