My name is Kyung Bin Min and, to date, I have 7 and half years of gaming experience at the 4Queen’s in Las Vegas, U.S, Paradise Segasammy in Incheon, S. Korea, and Dong Gwang D’Heights in Clark, Philippine. In addition, prior to my present employment in D’Heights casino, I served intensive 3 month gaming operation internships at the Four Queens and Binion's Casinos in Las Vegas as part of the Bachelor of Science degree in Gaming Management that I earned after four years of schooling in Las Vegas, Nevada. In December of 2007 I moved to Las Vegas as I was keenly interested in a career in the resort hospitality industry and so began working on a Hospitality Management Certificate at the College of Southern Nevada. As my studies progressed, I was drawn to the gaming side of resort operations and I focused on the core classes necessary to transfer to the prestigious gaming school within UNLV. In addition to all of the basics learned for resort operations, I received training for and am qualified to deal most all of the common casino table games; Baccarat (all levels), Roulette, Black Jack and Poker. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Gaming Management with a 3.47 GPA in December of 2011 and returned home to South Korea in early 2012. My first full-time gaming position was with the Paradise Segasammy Casino in Incheon. I worked for table games planning team which managed all aspects of our casino operations including gaming chips and cards. In regards to operation the casino floor, I also served to manage and supply not only the chips fill/collection but playing cards each pit area. Scheduling and notifying any issues for table games department was a part of my job as well. After I get hired in Donggwang casino in Clark, Philippine, I have been dedicated to set up the casino floor as a member of table games. As I prepared to open the casino, I have developed my skill and ability of the way to design and assign gaming tables in the casino floor. I have contacted many suppliers for our gaming products importing from all over the world. I still look at my bigger opportunity as a challenge myself in order to contribute to your company.
