Working with the Vice-President of individual Strategic Business Units, establish branch specific policies, procedures, and goals. Maintain positive customer relations with some of the country’s largest fleets: Coca-Cola, Federal Express, Jack-in-the-Box, etc.

Working with the assistant terminal managers, direct the day-to-day operations of a 205 door less-than-truckload freight facility. Manage a staff of 12 supervisors, and 250 hourly associates. Plan an operation that moved over 2500 bills and 1M pounds of freight in a 12 hour shift.
