Metering system on Das Island (ADNOC Offshore)The Zakum, Umm shief, Banduq plant on Das artificail Island receive reservoir fluid from Zakum West Super Complex (ZWSC) and Zakum Central Super Complex (ZCSC). It was required to install new flow meters on the strategic locations of plants on Das Island for better plant monitoring. ADNOC offshore is the client2. Emergency Diesel Generator replacement on Zirku IslandEmergency Diesel Generator (EDG) is the backup units for Gas Turbine Power Generators for the processed plants on Zirku Island. The scope includes installation of 4 EDGs and connection with existing utility systems. ADNOC offshore is the client3. Long Term Development Plant Phase 1 Lower Zakum field requires the two new artificial island to cater for the drilling centers, processing center & dewatering and expansion of facilities on Das Island. Four reservoirs at the peak year of 2028 produced well fluid to these artificial islands. The project is in the SELECT phase which will determine the most feasible option for the next CONCEPT phase. My responsibility is to check the basis of subsurface design, Hysys simulation files of well models and issue request for information. ADNOC offshore is the client4. LP Flare header replacementLP flare header of Gas Processing Platform (GPF) of Zakum West Super Complex (ZWSC) requires the new route of LP flare with minimum elblows and other fittings to avoid blockage by heavy hydrocarbons. The scope includes the ping option study and pressure drop calculation with objective to finalize the optimum route of piping. ADNOC offshore is the client5. Heat Exchanger Thermal Rating Heat exchangers, 3 nos, in a Zakum West Super Complex require the upgrade of material of contruction to prolong their service. New Gas-Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) in Abu Ali and modification scope in Khursaniyah (Owner is Saudi Aramco) The project is the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) to cater for the expansion of 250 MBCD of crude oil from Berri field. The scope of new Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) at Abu Ali includes the installation of High Pressure Production Trap (HPPT) and low pressure degassing tank, crude charge pump and crude stabilizer, dehydrator/desalter and gas dehydration and dew point control. 2. Major tie-in for three degassing stations (Owner is Exxon Mobile Iraq)The project is the residual Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and detail design to provide the pipe system to connect the new dehydrator/desalter, crude storage tanks, booster pumps, shipping pumps, wet/dry crude separators.

1. Muara Terminal Loading Gantry ProjectThis project is the engineering design for the installation of new loading gantry and new loading pumps (for gasoline, diesel, jet oil, MTBE etc ) at Muara oil terminal (Owner is Brunei Shell Marketing). 2. Maharaja Lela South MLJ-3 Wellhead Platform This project is the conceptual design of wellhead platforms to cater 8 wells which comprise 10K API wells and 15K API wells. The platform produces at 6 MMSm3/d gas with associated liquid. The well fluid is transferred via 85 km subsea pipeline from the MLJ3 platform to Onshore Production Plant (OPP) (Owner is Total E&P Borneo, Brunei). 3. Well tie-in projects (Owner is Brunei Shell Petroleum).

1. Al-Khlata Infield Development-Phase II The scope of the project – Installation of 15 Multi-Selector Port valves, 9 Multi-Phase Flow Meters, 3, 10"x1.7 km GRE pipelines and three drain pits. All new facilities are located in Al-khlata oil field.2. Marmul Water Treatment Plant Phase B The scope of the project – Installation of 3 Induced Gas Floatation units, 1 nutshell filter, 2 booster pumps, 1 Water Injection and piping modification inside the battery limits of Water Treatment Plant. After the project finish, the production capacity of the plant will be 128,000 m3/d treated water.3. Budour North East to Birba Pipeline (Early Development Facilities from Budour NE) & Remote Manifold StationThe scope of the project – Installation of two remote manifolds to gather well fluid from Bud NE oil field, multi-phase flow meter, vent and drain facilities and 21 km 10”pipelines and replacement of existing 4 nos of 6”x 2 km CS flowlines from the Budour North East oil field with GRE flowlines.

Various engineering works were done for 6 offshore wellhead platforms of Bongkot fields (3E,3F projects)Provide engineering deliverables including process flow scheme, P&ID, SAFE chart, ESD diagram, hazardous area classification, operating pholosophy, control & safeguarding narrative, hydraulic calculation, process simualtions (HYSYS, FLARENET, FLARESIM), equipment & instrument sizing, equipment design conditions, process design criteria, plant operating manual.

Monitor input/output of plant operation, liason with consultants, vendors and contrators, follow up QC activities, execute conceptual design, provide solution to daily plant troubleshootings, coordinate with other disciplines and top management, prepare proposals to improve the production.
