Working on various vSphere Solutions and HP OneView Solutions covering designs and Implementations.

As the HP OneView Architect & VMware SME, I am responsible for continually analyzing the OneView environments across the London Stock Exchange. I use my experience and expertise to identify solution requirements that are needed to successfully upgrade the environments while simultaneously deploying HPE blade enclosures. I also evaluate various technology, where I look at servers and enclosures to determine decommissioning requirements and how to effectively exchange legacy vSphere nodes with updates HPE vSphere nodes. I am also in charge of developing and drafting comprehensive user guides and patching document for VMware and HPE OneView. This helps both end users and administrators more quickly and efficiently troubleshoot and correct issues.Notable Contributions Include:★ Spearheaded migration of 16x C7000 enclosures and 150 blades from virtual connect domain to HPE OneView, successfully completing migration with zero downtime across all servers at London and Paris sites.★ Successfully deployed 79 x C7000 Enclosures and 1150 Blades and 300x DL servers in the space of a year using OneView, custom scripts and utilities to achieve the successfully deployment and commissioning ★ Successfully migrated 2000+ virtual machines from VMware Horizon legacy UCS hardware nodes to new HPE nodes without any user impact, successfully deployed★ Successfully replaced the UCS hardware nodes with 230 HPE vSphere nodes and migrated all the virtual machines, clusters and split the networks.★ Successfully created eight Geo SQL Clusters between the London sites and failover automation to Paris.

As the VMware SME, I was responsible for supporting and guiding the launch of multiple upgrades and solutions across the organization. Some of these included HPE OneView 3.00 upgrades to 1.20 environment, Phone home solution, and the implementation of a global dashboard for OneView appliances. I also facilitated the development of a cutting-edge VMware performance escalations environment.Notable Contributions Include:★ Automated all vSphere host certificate renewals, utilizing PowerShell to automate the process on +500 nodes.

As the HP OneView Architect & VMware SME, I was responsible for implementing key VMware solutions for the company. Some of these key solutions included LCH HP OneView Solution and HP C7000 G3 Enclosures, populated with HP BL Gen9 blade servers throughout data centres. I also closely coordinated the deployment and configuration of appliances that were necessary for the production and testing of technology environments. To help ensure success, I developed and implemented a comprehensive end-user training manual to help support all team members. I also drafted design documentation for user support manuals, patching guidelines, and considerations for multiple environments.Notable Contributions Include:★ Championed build of new LCH vSphere 6.0 environment, deploying vSphere Appliances with internal and external PSC controllers ad script writers to preserve existing folder structure and permissions during migration from vSphere 5.0 to 6.0U2.

As the VMware SME, I was responsible for performing troubleshooting for all VMware platforms. In this role, I worked to identify issues, developing corrective action plans, and execute plans to restore or correct services. I also designed automation scripting tasks, templates, and Microsoft clusters on vSphere in accordance with industry standards for SQL servers. In addition to the innovative and complex solution designs I completed, I also performed regular maintenance on Exchange 2010 servers. This included validating all automated procedures and conducting domain and OU monitoring within the environment.Notable Contributions Include:★ Upgraded Cambs and Bedford Lefthand san to latest SAN iQ2.5.★ Effectively stabilized Citrix Desktop environment, correcting profile and general resolved the SAN performance issues.
