For years I have worked on developing software solutions that enable people to work better. Implementation of these systems has provided me with years of experience in applying the principles of Business Analysis, Change Management and Project Management.As far back as 1988, I introduced computer based training and distance learning to Parks Canada. Later I moved on to Calgary Coop and implemented Calgary's first online grocery shopping system. I then turned to network security and sold and serviced firewalls. I then implemented a SasS based ERP system for sports associations and clubs and ended up maintaining a contract there for the bulk of my career. As you can see, I have always found a way to help organizations with their digital transformation!Two years ago I completed my certification in Change Management from Prosci. I wish I would have obtained this certification and knowledge before! Although I have worked as a Business Analyst for years, I completed my certification as a Business Analyst from Mt. Royal University.I am anxious to apply my new found knowledge from these certifications, as well as my past work experiences, to your technology, software project or digital transformation!
