About Kevin Nicklaus

Kevin Nicklaus is an independent producer and founding partner of the management/production entity Sandstone Artists. With a career focused on developing film and television projects from IP, he currently charts the US film and television strategy for the webcomic app MANTA. He similarly consults for other companies and IP rights-holders, including Tapas Ent. Announced projects include three live-action films based on horror Manga-ka Junji Ito's stories.Previously Kevin worked at the SVP of Development for The Wolper Org., a production company based at Warner Bros. Over a long tenure there, Kevin Nicklaus developed ROOTS (History Channel), BATES MOTEL, SALEM'S LOT, MISTS OF AVALON, PENN & TELLER: BULLSH!T, among many other television shows, features and non-scripted shows. Kevin Nicklaus attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, earning a BFA focused in Film/TV Production. He is also an alum of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences internship program, and now hosts interns from the Academy, himself.
