I am a successful General/Operations manager with over 20 years experience of Hospitality and Finance Industry in the UK. I am a people person a hands on manager who thrives on a challenge and achieving success through hard work team building and motivation. In my current role I have set up, developed and managed 3 start up businesses into highly profitable and award winning ventures. I believe the key to any successful business is the personality of your staff and with the correct training, systems and structure in place consistency and more importantly profit can be achieved. With my Banking background I am fully accomplished with Financial report, margins and budgets and make full use of business reports and statistics to pinpoint any possible areas of sales improvement, or areas of manpower and material wastage. I am now moving to Hong Kong to further enhance my knowledge and experience of the hospitality industry and believe my drive, management skills and hunger for success will be a valuable asset to any Hotel or Restaurant.
