Melt Shop

Structure training program providing exposure to many facets of the business, from Steelmaking to HR and Sales. While at the Cambridge location, the position focused on identifying opportunities to improve yield and productivity, while integrating into the Operational team.Projects included:-Evaluation of production bottlenecks with current equipment to identify actions to increase throughput, and coordinate with plant engineering to link into capital expenditure plan for the plant--Assisted with Production Data Integrity for the transition to SAP with QC, Corporate IT, and outside consultations to ensure a smooth “Go Live” for the Cambridge facility
