Based on my omni channel experience Joined DWP to support the delivery of the digitisation of DWP services to UK citizens, the biggest and most ambitious programme of its kind in Europe.Specific responsibilities include;Building a strong internal team to develop and deliver digital reusable products at pace by the introduction of agile ways of working.Delivery of "near real time" solutions to support the payment of £170 billion of pensions and benefits on an annual basis.Creation of prioritised roadmap and budget to replace aging systems whilst challenging existing cost base to ensure value for money for tax payers.

Reporting to the Selfridges Managing Director, I joined to develop a clear IT strategy aligned with the five year business plan, to build a relationship with all business functions, establish a new customer facing, proactive IT function and deliver Selfridges future omni-channel ambitions and sales growth.During my 2 years I engaged with the Executive team to gain their support and buy in to re-organise the IT team into a Plan/Build/Run model. This model is now delivering tangible benefits in the shape of solid business engagement, improved project delivery with identified and delivered benefits including substantial sales growth through all channels including stores, online and mobile. Additional benefits have included cost savings through business process improvement and a professional support function which provides a higher level of support and problem solving capability across all areas of both Selfridges and Brown Thomas.

Kevin joined Leading Resolutions as part of the senior team to grow the business and offer his substantial experience to existing and potential clients.Leading Resolutions is a business focused IT consultancy and advisory. Joined Comet to head up team of approx 120 people covering all aspects of IT for the business. Key part of role is to define the IS Strategy for the future and ensure IS aligned with business plan.

Responsibility for of Virgin retail brands including Virgin Megastores, Our Price and V.Shop.Main role was to merge multiple business systems in very short time span by bringing teams together and reduce costs.

Delivered award winning, customer focused multi-channels solution.As part of the new brand team, defined new branding and delivered first store witihin 3 months. 100 additional Our Price stores were then converted to V.Shop within 3 months with all new technology including first UK use of kiosks.
