Starting as a Patrol Officer and working to the rank of Lieutenant for the Department with a variety of assignments and duties.Completed approximately seventeen hundred hours of training including five levels of supervisory and management training through C.L.E.E.T and another sixty hours of management training through Pioneer Vo-Tech.As Lieutenant had shift responsibility for up to fifteen officers including scheduling, tactical planning, disciplinary, internal investigations, hiring and review boards and additional supervision of private vendors in the jail area. Responsible for the implementation and development of a civilian program called “Extra Eyes”. This is a civilian group of approximately 30 citizens that assisted officers with special events, on major crime scenes, records, research and other assignments.
