I have been in retail on and off since 2000. In addition to 4 stints at Wal-mart; I have also worked for Tractor Supply, Target and KMart. I also worked at a homeless shelter where my main job was to keep the pantry organized. In that capacity I had to insure compliance with all local and state health regulations. Also, as we were supplied by the USDA all of their regulations also fell under my job.
