I'm a highly driven commercial real estate investor with extensive experience in the retail shopping center sector. Over the years, I've been involved with the acquisition, disposition, and financing of more than 2.5 million square feet and +$350MM of total transaction volume.In my previous role as the head of financial analysis at Broad Street Realty, Inc., I developed a reputation for excellence in commercial real estate underwriting using Excel & ARGUS Enterprise. I take great pride in the due diligence, acquisition pro forma, asset management, and leasing tools I have developed which have saved numerous teams’ time and resources. While my background in aerospace engineering (Georgia Tech) may not have been a direct path to the commercial real estate industry, I have discovered a passion for seeking out the next deal, understanding it thoroughly, mitigating risks, and proceeding to close in a calculated manner.
