• Quantity take-offs, estimation, BOQs for the relating projects using Bluebeam Software.• Negotiating with architects with primary changes due to design and site constraints.• Conducting site visits to ensure work is carried out as per provided requirements. • Making regular site visits to ensure construction work is done according to the structural drawings.• Request pricing from all trades, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Communicating with trade partners and team members regarding tender submission and price negotiation.
