• As point of contact between collections attorneys and the homeowner’s associations management team, I provide accounting reports and ledgers on a daily basis to collections attorneys for accounts which are delinquent in status or in attorney collections stage• Process and refer delinquent accounts for attorney collections according to organization protocol and Texas Property Code by analyzing accounting ledgers, issuing legal demand notices, sorting and maintaining certified mail notices, and compiling and packaging pertinent information for the collections attorney• Process legal documents such as titles, liens, foreclosures, and invoices by posting to the homeowner account ledger where needed and submitting through accounts payable software for payment

• Process and maintain receivables for clients' home and property accounts by verifying amounts and codes in various forms• Balance entries and make necessary adjustments by performing calculations and basic accounting analysis • Verify and reconcile bank statements and department recordsIdentify client needs based on user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs• Analyze documents related to expenses in order to maintain accounting data and provide support to accounting department• Evaluate information from multiple sources and indicate quality of final analysis• Audit and analyze bank returns

• At all times providing an excellent level of customer service in a retail foreign-currency exchange environment. • Efficiently and meticulously conduct trades of foreign cash, travelers checks, and payroll check cashing. • Execute services for retail and business clients over the counter and via the telephone to sell foreign exchange products with confidence and knowledge.• Ensuring all audit, control, and compliance requirements determined by federal, state, and line-management are strictly adhered to at all times. • Other duties include various administrative daily-tasks to ensure efficient functionality of bank branch such as inventory or products traded or office supplies. • Consumer-based research and analysis is also a concurrent function in this retail currency exchange firm.
