Kevin serves as Student Recruiter and Community Engagement Coordinator for Arkansas State University-Newport.ASU-Newport is proud to be the premiere community college now offering some of today's most exclusive programs to students in the state of Arkansas and surrounding areas. Kevin has extensive knowledge in career and college planning, career assessments, financial aid opportunities, scholarship writing, resumes, interview skills, and ACT and Accuplacer preparation.He completed his Career Development Facilitator (CDF) certification in 2012.He also serves as the play-by-play broadcaster for Newport Greyhound football and basketball as well as Head Coach for Newport High School Softball. Prior to joining ASU-Newport, Kevin worked for several minor league sports franchises including the Arkansas Travelers, Mississippi Seawolves and in 2005 Pearce became a "World Champion" as he served as the Director of Ticket Sales with the NBDL's Arkansas RimRockers. There he helped to shatter Alltell Arena's basketball attendance records.
