I have worked as a CTV Master for over 10 years with extensive experience in prop, jet, CPP and IPS vessels carrying out crew & cargo transfers, survey and dive operations.Freelance RYA Powerboat/PWC Trainer and ExaminerNow working as Operations Manager, planning and overseeing the day to day operations of the vessels and crews. Implementing, training, and monitoring of the safety management system, health and safety, planned maintenance. In a bid to keep my 'feet on the ground', I try to sail as Master as often as possible.
