My role consists in managing and coaching project teams, running daily operations, and spearheading initiatives from design to execution. I assist with project cost estimation, develop health & safety regulations, and verify compliance. I collaborate with designers and contractors on technical drawings, liaise with statutory authorities to ensure smooth execution, and I ensure materials received are in line with quality standards. My key accomplishments include:• Creating standard operating procedures as well as templates and documents, driving process enhancement.• Consistently delivering great level of customer service, generating repeat clients.• Supervising prestigious projects such as Dyson, Canon Emirates, Dubai Supply Authority, Cedar White Bradley, SEW Eurodrive, Tecom Investments, SINO Public Relations Management (Burj Khalifa L 149), Haworth, Conference Facility, Rotana Area Sales Office, Investment Corporation of Dubai etc

During this tenure I oversaw all aspect of Turnkey project management including scope of work, creation of plans and schedules, cost estimation, design, quality control, and ensured delivery within deadline and budget, and in line with specifications. I organized meetings with various stakeholders and also provided update on project progress. My key accomplishments included:• Conceiving innovative Health, Safety, & Environment documents and reports.• Running high-profile projects including Givaudan International, SSH Design, SNC Lavalin, Mearsk Sealine, DAMCO, and many more.

I led projects from shell and core to final delivery and presented drawings for approval from Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence as well as other organizations.
