I have worked for Maple leaf foods for 21 years 18 years on the line and 3 years as an assistant supervisor for 3 different departments. Recently got liscenced to sell life insurance. Since getting liscenced, I Really haven't put much effort into the business, I've worked in automotive manufacturing for a year then returned to the meat industry since I have so much experience, and have also put effort in to being an affective leader, when called upon to be the leadhand.
