Port Engineer-Oversee repairs and maintenance on assigned Dredging equipment. Deal with USCG and ABS on inspected vessels, including dry dock planning, costing, and inspection.Regulatory Compliance Specialist-Audit Vessels records to keep them in compliance with EPA/Coast Guard. Review all inspections weekly and annually on all VGP permitted vessels. Train personnel on EPA rules and regulations. Manage all spills and non-compliance issues. Submit final reports (all divisions)to EPA annually. Institute, manage, and maintain a GeoForce Satellite and Cellular tracking system on all of our floating equipment. Setting up and maintaining our equipment as well as authorized users in GeoForce's tracking program. Purchase new trackers as needed and authorize and approve all invoicing. Maintain the company wide potable water program for all required vessels as the test for contaminants.
