HSSE Manager Offshore for both Platforms & Modus

1. Provide professional direction, advice and guidance to all levels of the Company both on and offshore in matters relating to QHS&E and Legislation.2. Maintain and improve Dolphin Drillings integrated QHS&E Management System.3. STEP Change Focal Point.4. Carry out Designated Person Ashore (DPA) duties as required in accordance with the ISM Code.5. Carry out Company Security Officer (CSO) duties as required in accordance with the ISPS Code.6. Ensure all required documentation is in place for all Dolphins operational rigs (HSE Cases, Operations Manual etc.).7. Liaise on behalf of Dolphin with legislative and regulatory bodies such as the HSE, DECC, Flag and Class Authorities8. Monitor the safe working practices involved with client companies and Contractors liaising with them to develop co-operation in safety matters.9. Advise on the training and competence requirements of the Company as dictated by operational and legislative requirements. In addition involved in the development of Dolphin bespoke training programmes.10. Develop, implement and adhere to Company safety, quality, health and environmental procedures.11. Extensive overseas experience including, Brazil, Korea, Mexico, Gulf of Mexico (USA), Ghana, Mozambique, India, Libya and Tunisia.12. Experience of New Build Projects including yard stays, preparation of rig specific documentation, crew training etc.13. Development of Dolphin Drilling bespoke Training Events including seminars workshops and conferences.14. Mentoring and guidance of QHS&E personnel.15. Budgetary controls for the QHS&E Department including salary reviews.
