I am a member of Dells Global Assurance and Transformation team. Within the organization my role involves working with a wide array of business partners to forsee and mitigate risk and ensure operational excellence. To achieve this I will work within a large number of Audit Engagements and Business Initatives. Audit Engagements will involve digging into different ares of business and identifying areas of imrprovement. From these findings it is my teams responsibilty to develop and implement management action plans to improve these areas. Within the Business Initatives area I will work closely with the business in an advisor role. I will leverage best practices and the principles of Lean Six Sigma to strive for efficiency, impactfulness and excellence for the business and our customer. The variability and fast pace of the role allows me to both develop profiency across a broad range of competencies and develop an in depth understanding of various areas within the organization.

Joined dell as part of the Financial Development Program. This is a two year program which focuses on giving the new graduate an enhanced and diversified experience through having them engage is four six month full time roles across the CFO organization.
