Recruited after Deutsche outsourced to State Street Corporation to manage State Street’s Institutional Transfer Agent department with 33 employees. Operations supported pricing, client trading, distribution, and report processing for 35 bank clients with approximately 800 commingled portfolios and more than $520B in assets.

As an officer of the trust company, attended board meetings and provided regular updates to the BOD. Prepared and analyzed annual department budget of ~$2M and managed department within budget.
