Leveraged previous EPM/OPM device development experience to wholly own and optimize the Lab126 Product Development Process (PDP). My team enhanced all related processes, tools, templates and checklists used in the development of Lab126 devices and accessories across all current and future product portfolios. We also developed and introduced Lab University and its associated curriculum to provide continuing and advanced technical education for our extremely talented teams.

Launched Amazon's highest-selling tablet ever! As the Lead EPM/OPM (Engineering and Operations Program Manager), I drove a garage-sized team from Concept Completion through Production Ramp and Launch in 5-months time! The Fire 7" tablet was considered one of the best mobile devices of 2015 (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2496970,00.asp). Before this program, I led a team of directly reporting Operations and Material Program Managers through the development, mass production and launch of Amazon's Signature Kindle 8.9" HDX Tablet. Like my work at Apple, I love launching high-quality, high-value products that truly delight our customers.

As the iMac Worldwide Operations New Product Introductions Manager, I reviewed all aspects of new product development and product launch within Operations and was directly accountable for the results. I drove to exceed the company's goals for time to market, cost, quality, product availability and order cycle time. I was the primary leader and interface between Operations, Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, Planning, Finance and Customer Support. I loved my job and took great pride introducing each new generation of Apple products.

At P&G, my team strategically sourced fiber carton packages (Crest toothpaste boxes) and plastic bottles (Cascade, Dawn, Mr. Clean). I am most proud of piloting the effort to change the Dawn 56oz refill bottle from PVC to HDPE. The result of my efforts saved the company $30k annually, enabled a more efficient manufacturing process with 70% less waste and introduced a new bottle into the market that could actually be recycled (unlike PVC plastics at the time).

At LA Air Force Base, my team developed the $3B proposal solicitation for a next-gen satellite communications network. We also worked with global partners on the International Communications policy.

Stationed in Boston, I directed a small team to negotiate an $86M RADAR Approach Control deal with Taiwan. I was responsible for schedule, budget, international policy research, risk analysis, in-country site surveys, system training and construction, and final delivery and maintenance.

I supported air craft collision avoidance programs by:- Managing the Data Link Services Provider contract (aircraft data transmission)- Establishing cradle-to-grave commercial communication services for DoD aircraft- Implementing and maintaining an internet product catalog allowing for 24-hour customer service

Not your average college experience:- Responsible for the academic, military and athletic performance of 120 cadets - Led an entirely rookie-team to place fifth overall at the National Human Powered Vehicle collegiate competition using a 100% carbon fiber frame (way ahead of its time!!) - Hand-selected to represent the USAF Academy as a cadet diplomat during a three-week foreign relations integration and cultural understanding conference in Israel- Constructed cadets’ character by training freefall skydiving techniques, life-dependent decision-making processes, and emergency procedures as a Jumpmaster for the Wings of Blue parachuting team—I have 700 jumps to-date, explosives handling experience (demonstration smoke canisters) and a 100% student success rate
