Responsible for debugging of production line,prodution management,technics management.--Debugging of solar cell production lin -Content:Act as the Coordinator of operations department,equipment department,production department,technics department and quality department,perform debugging production line and release it to production department. -Achievement:Complete debugging of equipment ,the efficiency of M156 cells can reach 17.60% exceeding expected target.--Production management -Content:Coordinate operations department and production department to work out production plan,shift arrangement,recruit and employ,training,5S management,compiling SOP. -Achievement:Three production lines can be put into use.--Technics management -Content:Train technicians,compile technical procedure,prepare spreadsheet ,recruit and employ,shift arrangement and establish management system. -Achievement:Complete translation of all technical documents,local engineers can deal with abnormal situation by themselves.--Others -Contents:Draw up safety stock plan,assist finance department to complete cost accounting,deal with urgency.

Responsible for improvement of solar cell technics,leading-in of new production accessories,installation and debugging of new solar cell production line,R&D project management and dealing with daily affairs of team.-Diffusion technics improvement:Increase sheet resistance,lead in new phosphorous diffusion source,furnace door improvement and tail pipe improvement,then uniformity of sheet resistance can be improved and the efficiency can be increased.-Edge etching improvement: Popularize edge etching technics without re-rinsing.-PECVD technics optimizing:Popularize double coating depositing,then efficiency of solar cell can be increased by 0.1-0.2%.Lead in SiH4.-Lead in new metal paste:Cooperate with institution in development of new metal paste,lead in back side silver paste ,aluminium paste and front side paste,decrease creat cost and increase efficiency.-Improvement of printing technics:Lead in new screen and squeegee,popularize position printing mode,optimize printing parameters.-New pattern design:Via the co-ordination dense-finger design, new matal paste and high sheet resistance,efficiency of solar cells can be improved by 0.1-0.2%.Participate in development of five-busbar cell,efficiency of polycrystal solar cell can be improved by 0.2-0.3%.Gradient pattern design.-Project management:Firing furnace improvement project,creating cost decreasing project,efficiency increasing project.-Production line installation and debugging:Resposible for the project of 84MW production line installation,debugging and acceptance,insure all the production lines released to production department.-Abnormity of production line checking assistance.
