Majority shareholder/owner, responsible for management of all business operations, and departments. I have also built the company from the ground up, coordinating contractors, procurement chains, and Human Resources tasks.

I was responsible for the day to day operations of the Property, managing staff, assigning tasks, and overseeing progress. I was also responsible for all technology at the sight.

I was responsible for assisting guests with issues they had while staying at Marriott brand properties. My position was to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of the guest and the hotel, making me essentially a mediator between two parties. I was also on the task force team, which was sent around the country to problem properties, or properties that were understaffed and owned my Marriott International.
