I have been instrumental in developing and implementing strategic and tactical marketing plans for introduction of business into new geographic areas. I continually work with the Cross Divisional Management Teams to proactively develop business opportunities to meet and exceed enterprise approaches. As an Intelligent Completions Product Line Champion / Manager, I was responsible for cross-divisional sales with authority over pricing. Additionally I was responsible for cross divisional sales training, product line development and new product launches. I supervised and mentored sales, operations, and marketing team members to further develop their full potential while achieving financial goals. During the past 20 years of my career, I have been instrumental in the development and marketing of various product lines that have met and surpassed projected revenues consecutively year after year. In my current role, I work in both the domestic and international markets, recommending and executing drilling and completion strategies, soliciting, receiving and preparing high profile technical and commercial proposals for Projects in the & US Land, GOM, Angola, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Nigeria, and Sakhalin Island Russia. I have extensive experience in Drilling and Completion Operations, Reservoir Monitoring and Management, Gas Lift, and Corrosion Monitoring and mitigation. My skillsets include Shale Play and Deepwater Completions. I have a high degree of experience with Completion Tools, Multi-Stage Horizontal Fracturing, and Intelligent Well Systems installed with Permanent Monitoring Systems (Fiber and Electric). I have experience in Swell, Hydraulic, and Isolation Packer Systems, Horizontal Multi-Stage Completions, Frac Tools, Ball-Drop and I-Ball Drop Sleeves, Toe Sleeves, Liner Hangers, Safety Valves, Hangers, and Subsea Trees.
