Support, train, manage and develop over 130 employees in 17 branches throughout the region. Focus on employee skill set, utilization of tools and resources, and conversations with customers (consumer and business) to increase total revenue and overall sales results. Increase employee customer service skills as well as develop plans to increase customer satisfaction and branch revenue.
