Key Responsibilities:- Organizational Development thru developing Job Scorecard to all Apparel Group employees by: Interviewing employees, Analyzing Job Description, Consultation with the Brand Head or Head of Department and the Chief Human Capital Officer- Responsible for providing company policies and procedure during the induction engagement for all new employees- Working with different Brand Head or Department Head for confirmation of services or non - confirmation of services of the employees after probation period.- Develop a monthly report for probation per brand and department- Understand the business change needs, assessing the business impact of those changes, capturing, analyzing and documenting requirements and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Human Capital Officer

Involved in standardization program for MRSGI storesKey Responsibilities:- Defines and maintains standards for project management within the organization. - Strives to standardize and introduce economies of repetition in the execution of projects. - Source of documentation, guidance and metrics on the practice of project management and execution.- Ensures effective project management routines to keep projects on track.- Ensures daily maintenance of project issue log.- Liaises with domain coordinators to track status of outstanding items.- Provides solutions and helps discover new efficiencies to monitored projects.- Monitors project processes to surface issues through the use of MS Project and excel.- Ensures financial tracking progress against commitments (both savings and spending) supported with progress dashboard.- Ensures seamless coordination between PMO working team and any relevant stakeholders.- Recognizes and escalates project related issues and risks to Project Leader likewise provides proposed solutions.- Manages performance and productivity of the project team.
