Tempo is a measurable, Person Centered web and app-based platform for people with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and their support circles. It’s our mission to offer a better quality outcome for persons with IDD through our robust resources and the ability to truly provide both opportunity and support. THE PROBLEM:In today’s data driven world, there is still no way to measure the service outcomes of individuals with IDD at either the delivery or use level. What this means is that there isn’t currently a way to determineif the services provided to people with IDD and their support circles have been successfully delivered, or if they are helping IDD individuals engage in chosen lifestyle activities. Right now, the collection of data only includes the costs around the purchase of services, accidents (SIR data) and can only be sorted by geographical location, ethnicity, and type of disability. Some freeform data exists, but there has yet to be a method developed which extracts data gathered into meaningful reports which could have the potential to increase the quality of life of persons with IDD.TEMPO’S SOLUTION:Tempo’s answer is to provide higher quality outcomes for persons with IDD through our focus on the individual’s lifestyle and offering the tools and resources to provide both opportunity and support. We understand the IDD community and its challenges. Our custom-designed portals and dashboards are designed to measure the quality of IDD services so that administrators can assess their effectiveness. Not only that but Tempo integrates with existing systems, which reduces costs but makes services and interventions more efficient.Tempo’s person-centered service cycle system and outcome measurements system will bring the IDD community and its service funders together before the July 2024 rate increase cap goes into effect and dramatically reduce the rising costs for IDD services.
