Promoted to Senior Recruiter after achieving benchmark requirements.Perform Full Life-Cycle Recruiting efforts to support all of Meridian Technologies services (Meridian Consulting Services, Meridian Staffing Services, and Meridian Public Services)Work with the recruitment team to assign daily recruitment assignments. Daily recruitment assignments are then submitting over to Meridian’s Director of Staffing.Use internal database (Bullhorn), job boards (Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster), networking sites (LinkedIn, marketplace), and ads to identify qualified candidates.Conduct pre-screening interviews by phone and in-person.Work with Junior Recruiters to guide them on the best recruiting practices, re-qualify candidates for direct submittal to client to ensure the candidate is a fit.Run meetings when the Client Delivery Manager is not available. This includes; daily tracking of all open reqs, update candidate interviews, track all pending hires, and assigning of open requirements.Support a variety of roles to include Application Developers, Database Administrators, Technical Writers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, QA and Testers, System Engineers, Network Engineers, Architects and more.
