The establishments safety advisor, estate manager, Industry Partner contract support officer, departmental line manager and civilian labour officer.• Implemented a robust inspection and managerial assurance check regime for a vital equipment and store’s inventory worth more than £80 million which resulted in an estimated saving of circa £500,000 that year. • Improved all contract performance delivery of all on site Hard and Soft FM services, by streamlining, auditing, fostering new and existing relationships with industry partners and instigating monthly forums to increase efficiency and reduce avoidable delay, which supported the successful delivery of contract provision. • Initiated and delivered building custodian training and new process for SHEF staff induction to reinforce the legal requirements of the MoD and creating wider awareness as the state manager for buildings ranging from technical garages, accommodation, offices and sports facilities.
