In my project management and senior test management role I planned, initiated, and managed information technology projects, leading and guiding work of up to 50 members of technical staff and client/vendor teams. I served as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects, planned project stages and assessed business implications for each stage as well as monitored progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. I simultaneously held Senior Test Manager role, leading recovery and disaster processes within Managed Recovery Program for 300 clients, including DHL, Avery Dennison, Subaru, Coach, Ross Stores, Anheuser-Busch, Dollar General, and Mass Mutual. I oversaw seamless communication between company and clients, managed recovery exercises progress tracking (ServiceNow/Splunk), and addressed any concerns.I oversaw 100+ global exercises on an annual basis, with 20 simultaneously coordinated.Some of my accomplishments include:⇨ Successful pre-sales discussion with key client, resulting in adding recovery service to contract, with additional 10K to Monthly Run Rate (MRR).⇨ Test management of company's largest MRP exercise (600+ servers successfully recovered) for DHL where I met all Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Test Objectives.⇨ Several improvements indicated and introduced across internal systems, including option for ServiceNow MRP tracking upgrade, allowing re-opening of tasks to update recovery status and allow accurate reporting via Splunk, eliminating any inaccuracy issues.

In my duty management capacity I provided subject matter expertise on escalating Recovery Operations, Managed Services, and Advanced Recovery during multi-phased recovery exercises and disaster events. As a member of Crisis Management Team I managed up to 60 staff members, coordinating and overseeing clients' recovery service. I ensured contract obligations and SLAs were met, managed issue resolution, providing recommendations and troubleshooting methods in timely manner. I also coordinated disaster recovery meetings with up to 40 attendees, including C-level executives.Some of my accomplishments include:⇨ Assistance for client in increasing efficiency for testing processes, introducing Managed Recovery Services offering (MRS). Increased client's MRR by $10K.⇨ 25+ nominations for Employee of the Month, from both clients and peers (ACE program) for advancing excellence, overseeing success of clients disaster recovery exercises, and assisting in meeting their Recovery Time Objective (RTO).⇨ Maintaining company 100% recovery success of client’s disasters, from single client cases to regional disasters (Hurricane Irene in August 2011).

In my coordination role I directed all aspects of recovery coordinations, both internally and for external clients across various industries, including Kroger, Metlife, Nationwide, Rite Aid, and Rogers Shared Services. I was responsible for ensuring contract requirements were met and resources were available according to plans and external agreements. Again, as a member of Crisis Management Team, I was processing alerts and disasters. I also mentored on-boarded employees on service delivery coordination, including methods, functions, and procedures. I heavily supported pre-sales process, providing potential sales opportunities to Account Executives and coordinating communication with clients.Some of my accomplishments include:⇨ Coordination of 15,000 hours of project management and service delivery.⇨ Improvements around Account Executive and Service Delivery Coordinator relations. I supported development of 3-day training for new account executives to improve understanding of all operations roles and responsibilities, and to build relationships with Service Delivery staff.⇨ Surpassing consistently post-test survey expectations, with 4.7/5 versus average 4.5/5.
