With over 17 years of IT experience, I am a Major Incident Manager at Our Learning Cloud, a leading provider of online learning solutions. I hold an ITIL experience and have extensive knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and Network Administration. In my role, I lead the resolution of critical and complex IT issues that affect the operations and services of the company and its customers. I collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to ensure timely and effective communication, escalation, and remediation. I also have a passion for football and coaching, and I co-manage two youth teams at The Football Association. My goal is to combine my IT expertise and my football experience to deliver innovative and effective solutions for Our Learning Cloud and its customers.
