Responsible for ensuring order management and process compliance, command media compliance, regulatory compliance across global management team while instilling accountability for the quality management system. Part of the quality team that consists of representatives from our business process outsourcing supplier as well as Honeywell team members. Also identify quality improvement opportunities to increase defect detection, drive containment and corrective action, and proactively engage within the order management and customer service team. Solve problems where analysis of a situation is required to meet the requirements of the customer. Use problem analysis to proactively identify quality process solutions. Provide analysis of data in support of quality and process improvements as well as utilize and develop defect tracking and corrective action tools. Active participant for all audit processes including customer survey requests, audits for customers, regulatory, government, both foreign and domestic, and internal networks.

Position Responsibilities:• Provide leadership in deploying and enforcing the Honeywell quality system. Drive robust and effective RCCA across organization. Contribute to the effectiveness and maturity of the quality system at the site through the following by improving performance by analyzing current processes, making recommendations, and facilitating the implementation of tools and techniques to reduce process variation.• Lead small groups, possibly from multiple sites, focused on quality processes/functions of a similar nature Provide Quality Engineering support to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, government regulations, customer requirements, and company policies and procedures.• Guide and instruct Honeywell and it's suppliers in the interpretation of engineering, materials, and quality assurance requirements.• Perform Quality assurance planning and maintenance of Quality Assurance documentation/records and procedures.• Be a Project Manager for Quality engagements with Customers, Suppliers, Integrated Supply Chain and Engineering COE's to drive the flow down of technical and quality requirements.• Project Manage to develop and support project plans to deal with customer escapes issues while maintaining quality standards and schedule.• Perform contract review for new customer proposals and facilitate flowdown and implementation of customer contracts. Provide strategic quality direction in support of new business initiatives.• Direct impact on customer satisfaction, product quality and Cost of Poor Quality. May have direct relationship with senior external government/regulatory personnel and external customers influencing their views of our capability.• Enable HOS/TPM initiatives to fulfill quality requirements for the ETS organization.

 Managed all aspects of quality, customer satisfaction and care for space business.
