I am a licensed Architect in North and South Carolina specializing in varied commercial and residential architecture projects with a focus on: town centers, shell retail, hotels, custom homes, renovations and additions, vacation/second homes. My work experience has focused on projects throughout the Southern United States with a focus in North and South Carolina. In North Carolina these areas include the neighborhoods surrounding Uptown Charlotte: Myers Park, Eastover, Foxcroft, Dilworth, and Plaza Midwood just to name a few. In South Carolina these areas include: Fort Mill, Charleston, Daniel Island, Mount Pleasant, and Kiawah Island. My range is not limited as I've also worked on an exclusive residence in Exuma, Bahamas. In addition to residential design, I have worked on commercial projects for hotels, restaurants, community centers, club houses, offices, and other commercial upfit projects throughout the Southeast including hotel projects for Hilton, IHG and Marriott franchises. In addition, I was the project manager of Stephens Square, a 10 unit residential condominium project in the heart of Myers Park, in Charlotte, NC.
