As the Practice Director of AI & Insights and a member of Trace3's Data & Analytics leadership team, I am responsible for driving the strategic direction of our solutions and execution of services in the areas of AI and analytics. My role involves managing a talented delivery team of consultants, engineers, and architects while supporting sales and presales initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of AI and analytics projects from start to finish. I engage in industry thought leadership, frequently speaking at events such as customer summits and trade conferences to share our vision and expertise. In my day-to-day, I oversee the operations of our delivery team, collaborate with account teams and business stakeholders, and manage vendor relationships to deliver top-notch solutions. I am committed to mentoring our professionals and fostering an environment that encourages innovation and excellence. By staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies, I lead our team in providing cutting-edge solutions that drive actionable insights and business growth for our customers.

Analytics8 provides expert analytics consulting that enables companies to make smart, data-driven decisions.My work in the data and analytics space over the past decade has focused on delivery of solutions for over 50 organizations spanning industries such as healthcare & life sciences, retail, manufacturing, supply chain and government. While these solutions have included various workloads deployed to a cloud data platform and different approaches to data visualization, they all have one thing in common: a sharp focus on tangible business value. Playing with technology is fun, but a priority of mine has always been to not deploy technology just for the sake of doing so. Instead, I think technology upgrades must come with a clear path to beneficial business outcomes. More specifically on my day-to-day, my responsibilities on customer engagements have evolved from the development of dashboard solutions, data pipelines and data models to solution architecture, team leadership, data strategy leadership and CIO advisory services. The two major areas of focus in this position include managing a team of consultants and leading Analytics8's Snowflake Practice, where I aim to ensure customers are achieving maximum value from this industry-leading technology platform while also managing project delivery, consultant enablement, partner relationships, sales enablement and R&D efforts.
