Manufacture shop built parts for API 650 storage tanks and AWWA D-100 water tanksResponsible for the layout and fit of various seal parts, ladders, platforms, floating roof parts, nozzles, man ways and other components designed for use on API 650 storage tanks and AWWA D100 water tanks. Able to weld plate junctions both vertical, and horizontal, and pipe to the high standards necessary to pass radio graphic inspection as required in API 650 and 653.

Welding with wire sizes ranging from .035 to 3/32 Solid and Flux Cored Wire Welding in all positions: flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions. Working with hot rolled plate, sheet metal, pipe and stainless steel. Assembly work including but not limited to parts alignment such as seams and joints in fixtures to close fractional dimensions of 1/32" or less total tolerance and/or create bench setups. Specialized in the fusion of polyethylene pipe, traveled to various jobs and coordinated work. Responsible for all welding, cutting, and fabrication work in the shop area.
