In this large-loss role, I have selected, hired, and coordinated independent adjusters, attorneys, and other professionals. I have handled claims from first contact to resolution, including investigation, negotiation, as well as field underwriting all while ensuring compliance with each individual territory's codes and good faith claims handling practices.
